Ownership

As at 31 March 2010, First Uranium Corporation complied fully with the requirements of the Mining Charter with direct BEE ownership of 22.17%, excluding the Mandated Investments. The Company continuously seeks to widen its scope of BEE ownership.

Management

The targets for the Company have been continuously improving since the approval of the Transformation Policy by the Board. There is a general practice of poaching within the industry, and this affects both the corporate and operational levels
